This is for you if
  • You lead a company, a team or a practice of real consequence.
  • You've done therapy, coaching or both, and something still hasn't shifted.
  • You can give it two hours a fortnight and two days in Brighton.
  • You want a room of peers, not an audience.

  • You're in acute crisis or need urgent professional support right now. This is not therapy.
  • You want a strategy, a system or a productivity fix.
  • You'd be doing it because someone else thinks you should.

Six months, in three phases

  1. Jan – FebOverride. Where it started, what it costs, what it protects. Opening in-person day in Brighton.
  2. Mar – AprPresence. Leading, deciding and saying no from a different place. Monthly 1:1s go deep here.
  3. May – JunAfter. Integration, the shape of the next year, and the closing day in Brighton. Alumni room opens.

Emmy Brunner

Psychotherapist (MA, PGDip, BA Hons), hypnotherapist, and author of Find Your True Voice (Penguin Life). Twenty years of clinical practice with people who were holding everything together.

Who's in the room with you: previous groups have been founders, partners, medics, creative directors and one head teacher, most between 38 and 55, half of them mothers. Composition shared, names never.

How applying works

  2. 2A callThirty minutes with Emmy, booked straight after the form. Both of you decide.
  3. 3DecisionWithin three working days. If it's not the right fit, Emmy will say so and suggest what is.
  4. 4OnboardingBalance or first instalment, a welcome pack, and a 1:1 before January.
