Refunds and transfers

Live events and The Revival

If you can't come, email us as soon as you know. You can transfer your place to a friend, or to a later date, at no cost.

The £100 deposit for The Revival secures your place and counts towards the full price. If you're paying in instalments, the remaining payments are taken on the dates shown at checkout.

Online programmes, including The Compass

Under UK consumer law you have 14 days from booking to cancel an online programme for a full refund. If you ask to start within those 14 days and then cancel, we may keep a fair amount for the sessions already delivered.

The Shift

The £500 application deposit is refunded in full if we decide together not to go ahead.

Privacy and cookies

Emmy Brunner Ltd is responsible for the personal information you share on this site. You can reach us about anything in this notice at info@emmybrunner.com.

What we collect and why

• Your name and email, when you ask for the workbook, the quiz results or the newsletter. We use them to send what you asked for and, if you agreed, Emmy's emails. You can unsubscribe from any email.
• Booking and payment details, when you buy a place. Payments are handled by our checkout provider; we never see your full card number.
• Your answers to the quiz and the Collective application. These can touch on your wellbeing, so we only keep them with your explicit consent, only Emmy's team reads them, and we never share them with advertising platforms.

Who helps us

Kajabi runs our checkout, forms and email. Netlify hosts this site and stores Guardians assessment answers. Substack sends the newsletter. Acuity handles call bookings. Each processes your data on our behalf under their own security and data protection terms.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising cookies. Our typefaces load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when they do. The checkout and forms, hosted by Kajabi, set the cookies they need to work.

Terms

The information on this site is general and educational. It isn't medical advice and doesn't replace professional care. Emmy's events and programmes complement therapy and don't replace it. If you're working with a therapist or GP, tell them before you join.
