Georgia is an experienced women’s coach who specialises in empowering women to discover their highest potential and live in a way that is in line with their truest selves. Like Emmy, she uses a compassionate and motivational approach to enable women to unearth who they are at the core, nurture a more loving relationship with themselves, uncover unhelpful thought processes that might be holding them back and provide them with a personalised tool kit for personal and professional development.

In order to offer the most comprehensive and effective support possible, she draws upon her knowledge and experience from her varied and extensive training and professional career. She has attained a first-class undergraduate degree in Psychology, a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and is currently undertaking training to become a Psychotherapist. In addition, she has worked in multiple professional environments supporting individuals who have experienced trauma and challenges related to their mental wellbeing, including mentoring clients and running meditation classes in Emmy’s world-renowned outpatient trauma clinic, The Recover Clinic.

In her spare time, Georgia enjoys discovering new music, meeting up with friends on walks and in pub gardens, and when we’re not in a national pandemic, travelling the world!


Christina is a certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach and also qualified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach by The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. As a coach, her focus is to support, inspire and empower women as they navigate life's challenges. She is committed to creating a safe, welcoming space for clients so they feel truly cared for and guided through a partnership that prioritises their wellbeing and prepares them to thrive.

Through her training and personal experience of the challenges that come with motherhood, divorce and being a woman in her 30s, she has the insight and knowledge to support women that are struggling and help them overcome their blocks and limiting beliefs.

Christina understands the importance of harnessing self-care and developing a compassionate, nurturing relationship with oneself to heal and establish change and growth. She has been mentored by Emmy and is truly aligned with her beliefs that by developing a kinder relationship with yourself you are able to realise your full potential and truly transform the quality of your life.

In her spare time, Christina enjoys practicing Pilates & Yoga, loves Lego building with her son, spending time with friends & family and long walks with her dog, Winnie.

Megan Matthews

Communications Lead

Megan brings her extensive skill set in brand positioning, PR, brand partnerships and more to her work with Emmy. For the past 20 years, Megan has worked on a global scale, working both in-house and in-agency in London, New York and Toronto with some of the biggest names in beauty, wellness, travel, fashion and technology.

Her career experiences have ranged from launching a shoe collection for Mariah Carey, to touting the benefits of travel to the beautiful state of Victoria, Australia to introducing the global #Unstereotype advertising initiative for Unilever.

With a genuine love of brand storytelling, and a desire to work with people and brands contributing to the greater good, Megan brings Emmy’s sought-after expertise to the masses.

Content and Community Lead

Rebecca has over 13 years experience in digital and content marketing, specialising in social media and community management. She has achieved multiple diplomas in business, design, marketing. She also holds a BTEC National Diploma in Health and Social Care (level 3) which includes counselling skills, complementary therapies, applied psychological perspectives + nutrition. For over 3 years, Rebecca worked as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant at a school for 11-18 year olds with severe complex needs where she trained in PROACT-SCIPr-UK®, working with learners with visual impairments, epilepsy, anaphylaxis, dysphagia, and more.

Rebecca has created and executed strategies across a variety of industries, with previous clients including  Lucozade Ribena Suntory, SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands, John Lewis, Travelex and NiQuitin, CHAOS, Marc Newson, Wildsmith Skin and Caravana. Today she heads up content marketing and community management for both Emmy and The Recover Clinic as they redefine mental health treatment and promote holistic wellness.

Rebecca's favourite hobby is building LEGO - a wonderful form of mindfulness! She also enjoys swimming, walking her Pug and Pomeranian, reading, watching musical theatre and seeing Michael Bublé live (4x so far)!

Selle Advincula
Social Media Manager

Selle is an experienced social media manager specializing in content and engagement strategy. She has over 7 years experience managing social media pages from different industries including film, tourism, e-commerce and coaching services. She's always eager to analyse social media metrics and account activities to help pages curate the best content format, find the right timing and hashtags, and connect with their community.

Previously, Selle worked for a local film distribution company in the Philippines where she handled the marketing strategy and acquisition of titles from film productions like Studio Canal, Miramax and Sierra Affinity. She has also sealed exhibition deals with cinemas and with platforms like Netflix. Selle also has a background in journalism and has worked for news and public affairs programs in the Philippine TV networks. She now helps Emmy to connect with and help more women around the world through her social media channels.
